Behaviour Policy
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following behavior rules apply within the sauna area.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises.
1. Respectful Conduct
Treat all guests and staff with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited.
2. Hygiene & Cleanliness
Shower before entering the sauna.
Always sit on a towel to maintain hygiene.
Do not shave, scrub, or perform personal grooming in the sauna.
3. Noise & Atmosphere
Maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere.
Loud talking, disruptive behavior, or playing music without permission is not allowed.
4. Appropriate Clothing
Follow the sauna's specific clothing guidelines (e.g., towel-only, swimwear permitted).
No shoes or outdoor clothing inside the sauna.
5. Respect the Heat Rituals
Do not pour water or essential oils on the stones unless permitted by staff.
Follow instructions from the sauna facilitator or staff at all times.
6. No Food, Drinks, or Alcohol
The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Do not bring food or drinks into the sauna area.
7. Health & Safety
Do not enter the sauna if you feel unwell or dizzy.
Notify staff immediately if you or someone else needs help.
Children must be supervised at all times.
8. Personal Boundaries
Maintain appropriate distance from others.
No physical contact or intimate behavior.
Photography or recording is strictly forbidden.
Violation of Policy
Any guest who fails to follow these rules may be asked to leave immediately. Repeated violations may result in a ban from future visits.
